Fiprex® is a line of veterinary medicinal products designed to control ticks, fleas, and lice in dogs and cats.Fiprex® SPRAY is a solution intended for spraying. The active ingredient in the Fiprex® product line is fipronil — an insecticide and acaricide that combines high efficacy in eliminating ticks and fleas with low toxicity to animals, their environment, and, above all, humans.

HOW FIPREX WORKS?

Products from the Fiprex® line eliminate most ticks attached to your pet’s skin within 24–48 hours of application, whereas against fleas that are present and have bitten into the skin, they work almost immediately, killing them.Products from the Fiprex® line form a protective layer on the animal's skin, effectively protecting against re-infestation by ticks for up to 4 weeks and against re-infestation by fleas for up to 8 weeks. These products do not prevent ticks from attaching to the animal's skin.Once killed, ticks usually fall off dogs and cats, while any that remain can be removed by gently brushing them off.

SERVING SUGGESTION:

Products from the Fiprex® line can be used on puppies older than 8 weeks and/or weighing more than 2 kg, and on kittens older than 8 weeks and/or weighing more than 2 kg.Fiprex® is resistant to water and sunlight; however, animals should not be bathed 2 days before or 2 days after administration of the product. To achieve optimal results, the products should be applied with a minimum of 4 weeks between each application. You should always be aware of the current severity of the flea and tick infestation in a given area.
