Delivery

1. The Seller delivers Products only within Poland.
2. The Seller processes orders starting from the next business day and provides shipping delivery under the following conditions:
1. The Seller makes every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
2. Total shipping charges are calculated prior to completing the order.
3. Products ordered from the Store are delivered via Courier to the address specified by the Customer when placing the order.
4. If payment is made by bank transfer, the delivery time may be extended by the time required to process the transfer. (The Store begins processing the order once the payment has been credited to the Seller’s bank account).
5. Proof of purchase (a VAT invoice or receipt) is included with the shipment. The data placed on the VAT invoice matches the information provided by the Customer when placing the order.
6. The Customer should check whether the packaging has been damaged in transit prior to accepting a shipment from the courier. If the packaging is damaged, the Customer should refuse to accept the shipment and contact (Customer Service) as soon as possible to clarify the matter.

 Product Prices

1. The total order value consists of: the price of the Products and the shipping costs.
2. The price of each Product is displayed in the description of every item on the Store’s website.
3. All prices displayed on the Store’s website are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT (gross prices).
4. The applicable Product price is the one displayed within a selected item on the Store's website when the Customer places an order.
5. Displayed Product prices do not include shipping costs.

2. The Customer is informed of the total order cost, including the price of the Products and shipping costs, after selecting the delivery and payment methods and before placing the order.
3. The VAT invoice or receipt provided to the Customer with the order shows the product price and shipping costs combined.
4. Information about the available payment methods is set out in Section 7 of the Terms and Conditions.
5. The Store reserves the right to change Product prices, add or remove Products from its assortment, and launch, cancel or amend promotional campaigns. Orders placed prior to such changes take effect will be processed in accordance with the prices and terms applicable at the time the orders were placed.
6. When promotional Products are available in limited quantities, orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are confirmed, until the promotional stock runs out.
7. Promotions offered in the Online Store cannot be combined unless the terms of a particular promotion expressly provide otherwise. Free promotional gifts are not eligible for exchange or complaints.
