Delivery

1. The Seller delivers Products only within Poland.
2. The Seller processes orders starting from the next business day and provides shipping delivery under the following conditions:
1. The Seller strives to fulfill all placed orders as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping costs are added to the order.
3. Goods ordered in the Store are delivered to the address specified in the order via courier companies.
4. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the above delivery times are extended by the time required to process the transfer (the Store begins processing the order after the payment has been credited to the account).
5. Proof of purchase (VAT invoice or receipt) is included with the shipment. The details on the VAT invoice match those provided by the Customer when placing the order.
6. Before accepting a shipment from the courier, check whether the packaging has been damaged in transit. If the shipment's packaging is damaged, do not accept the shipment and contact Customer Service as soon as possible to clarify the matter.

 Product Prices

1. The total order value consists of: the price of the goods and shipping costs.
2. Product prices are stated in the description of each Product on the Store's website.
3. All prices listed on the Store's website for a Product are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT (gross prices).
4. The final price is the price listed for a given Product on the Store's website at the time the Customer places the order.
5. Product prices do not include shipping costs.

7. Information about the total order value, including the price of the goods and shipping costs, is presented to the Customer after selecting the delivery method and payment method, before the Customer places the order.
8. On the VAT invoice or receipt delivered to the Customer together with the goods, the price of the goods and shipping costs are stated together.
9. Information on payment methods is contained in § 7 of the Terms and Conditions.
10. The Store reserves the right to change the prices of products in the Store's assortment, to introduce and withdraw them from the Store's assortment, and to conduct, cancel, or modify promotional campaigns. Orders placed before the effective date of changes to prices, terms of promotional campaigns, or sales will be processed under the previous terms.
11. In the case of the sale of promotional products whose quantity is limited, orders are fulfilled in the order in which confirmed orders are received, until stocks covered by this form of sale are exhausted.
12. Promotions in the online Store cannot be combined, unless the terms of a given promotion state otherwise. Free promotional add-ons are not subject to exchange or complaints.
