Advantage Flea Drops for Cats Up to 4 kg, 0.4 ml - 4 pcs.
A flea infestation can be a persistent problem for your cat. It's not just annoying itching and irritation, but also the risk of serious health problems.Allergy to flea saliva can cause allergic flea dermatitis in cats. This means that even a single bite can cause intense itching and skin lesions.Fleas can also transmit diseases when they bite a cat.If a cat accidentally swallows a flea that contains tapeworm eggs (e.g., while grooming its fur), it can become infected with a tapeworm.Because fleas feed on blood, infestations can also lead to anemia.Remember that the fleas you see on your cat are only part of the problem.Adult fleas jumping around in your pet's fur are just about.5% of the total number of fleas in the home. The rest, in the form of eggs, larvae, and pupae, hide in the nooks and crannies of floors, curtains, etc..So if your pet gets a flea infestation, you may find that you'll need to treat your entire home for fleas as well.Regular use of flea control products is the best way to ensure your cat's health and well-being and to protect your home from a flea infestation.

Advantage for Cats is a spot-on treatment containing an active ingredient that acts quickly, killing fleas upon direct contact.1 Unlike other available products (e.g., tablets), Advantage for cats is a spot-on flea treatment in the form of drops that are applied to the pet's skin. The active ingredient spreads throughout the skin and kills any fleas that come into contact with it.This means that a flea bite is not necessary for the product to work.
Kills fleas within 24 hours and remains effective for up to 4 weeks.
Advantage contains imidacloprid—an active ingredient that acts quickly and kills fleas through direct contact, so it does not need to be absorbed into your pet’s bloodstream. The active ingredient remains in the lipid (sebum) layer of your cat's skin and coat. The product also kills flea larvae in the home.As your cat’s skin naturally sheds and its fur falls out, imidacloprid reaches the nooks and crannies of your home and the places where your pet spends the most time. The larvae die within 20 minutes of coming into contact with the active ingredient. This interrupts the life cycle of fleas.
Directions for use:
Applying Advantage to your cat is easy and hassle-free.
Step 1: Choose the Advantage product that's right for your cat's weight.
Step 2: Hold the pipette with the cap facing up, then twist and pull the cap to remove it.Turn the cap over and use it to release the contents of the pipette.
Step 3: To apply the spot-on treatment, choose a spot high on the cat’s neck, at the base of the skull, so that the cat cannot lick it off.Part the fur to expose the skin in this area.
Step 4: Place the tip of the pipette against your skin and squeeze it firmly a few times so that all of its contents are applied directly to your skin. When applied here, the product will spread on its own over your pet's entire skin, providing it with complete protection.
Step 5: Write down the date and be sure to repeat the treatment after one month.
Be sure not to apply the product to damaged skin, and do not allow the animals to lick each other immediately after application. If you still have questions and aren't sure how to apply Advantage, please read the package insert or contact your veterinarian.
