Vetoquinol Drontal Deworming Tablets for Dogs, 2 tablets
Medical indications:
Control of mixed infestations caused by nematodes and tapeworms of the following species:
Roundworms:
- Roundworms (adult and late immature forms):
- Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina
- Adult Tęgoryjce: Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum
- Hairworms (adult form): Trichuris vulpis
Tapeworms (adult and late immature forms):
- Echinococcus granulosus, Echinococcus multilocularis, Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp.., Mesocestoides spp..
Combating Protozoan Infections Giardia spp. in puppies and adult dogs.
DOSAGE:
- 2–5 kg of body weight – 0.5 tablet
- >5–10 kg of body weight – 1 tablet
- >10–15 kg body weight – 1.5 tablets
- >15–20 kg body weight – 2 tablets
Content of active ingredients and other substances:
Each tablet contains:
Active ingredients: 150 mg febantel, 50 mg pyrantel (equivalent to 144 mg pyrantel embonate, 50 mg praziquantel).
A meat-flavored tablet, light brown to brown in color, bone-shaped, with a score line on both sides; it can be split in half.
Contraindications:
- Do not use in cases of known hypersensitivity to the active ingredients or to any of the excipients.
- Do not use in 1.and 2.pregnancy trimester (see the “SPECIAL WARNINGS” section).
