Kiltix Tick and Flea Collar® contains flumethrin, which belongs to the group of synthetic pyrethroids, and propoxur, which is classified as a carbamate.Both substances are effective against fleas and ticks, but it is flumethrin that is known for its acaricidal (tick-repellent) properties.These substances enhance each other's effects.To ensure a consistent level of active ingredients, a dog collar against ticks and fleas® should be worn at all times, both when resting and when running.
